Non-alcoholic spritz
Same glass, same ice, no wine and no liqueur. The bubbles have to be dry or the drink turns into soda pop.

What has to change
A spritz is mostly bubbles plus a scented pour. Remove the alcohol and you still need bitterness or acidity, or the syrup takes over. Use a dry alcohol-free sparkling wine, soda, or sparkling water. Skip sweet grape juice.
Elderflower liqueur, limoncello, and standard aperitivo bottles are alcoholic even when the pour is small. Virgin recipes on this site use syrups, juices, and alcohol-free aperitivos only.
Where to start
Virgin Hugo is the closest to a classic spritz. The cucumber cooler is the lightest. Virgin bitter orange only works if the aperitivo bottle itself is alcohol-free and actually bitter.
