  • 15 mlElderflower syrup (non-alcoholic)
  • 40 mlSoda water, chilled
  • 1 sprigMint
  • 1Lime wheel

Steps

Build it in a wine glass.

A virgin Hugo only works if every bottle on the counter is actually alcohol-free. Elderflower liqueur ends the idea, even at 20 ml. Use syrup.
