About Easy Spritz
Easy Spritz is a small site for people who want a spritz recipe without a lecture. Hugo, bitter orange, limoncello, red bitter, and a few glasses with no alcohol. Each recipe has a ratio, steps, and a shopping list.
The builder is four choices: base, bitter, lengthener, garnish. It points at the recipes that fit. You can use the whole site without an account, and nothing here is behind a paywall.
Easy Spritz is by Gastrona. When the glass is settled and the question is what to eat with it, or what a bottle you already own is for, Gastrona does that job: cocktail ideas, a wine matched to the food, or a read of a label.
