Citrus and a pine note. · 1 drink

  • 90 mlProsecco, chilled
  • 30 mlFresh grapefruit juice
  • 20 mlSoda water, chilled
  • 1 sprigRosemary
  • 1Grapefruit peel

Steps

Build it in a wine glass.

Rosemary turns nasty when it is crushed hard or left to stew. A clap and a short sit in a cold glass is the whole technique.
