Garden Hugo is the Hugo you make when the classic glass feels too sweet for the weather. More prosecco, more soda, less cordial, and cucumber for a green smell that mint does not cover on its own.
Use a firm cucumber and slice it thin. Thick chunks water the drink down as the ice melts. This is also the glass the builder shows first: prosecco, Hugo elderflower, soda, mint, lime, and cucumber.
