Basil Hugo

Ingredients & ratios
Basil, elderflower, and prosecco. · 1 drink
- 90 mlProsecco, chilled
- 20 mlElderflower cordial
- 30 mlSoda water, chilled
- 1 sprigBasil
- 1 sprigMint
- 1Lime wheel
Steps
Build it in a wine glass.
- 1Clap the basil and mint once.
- 2Build cordial, prosecco, and soda over ice.
- 3Add the herbs and lime.

Basil is easy to overdo. One sprig, bruised by a clap, is plenty next to mint. If you shred a handful into the glass it tastes like pesto water.
