A limoncello spritz made with white wine and lemon.

Lemon on dry white wine. · 1 drink

  • 90 mlCold dry white wine
  • 20 mlLimoncello
  • 30 mlSoda water, chilled
  • 1Lemon wheel

Steps

Build it in a wine glass.

  2. 2Build wine, a small limoncello pour, and soda over ice.
  3. 3Garnish with lemon.

Still wine shows sweetness more than prosecco does, so the limoncello drops to 20 ml. If your white is already fruity, 15 ml may be the right call.

This is a good use for an open bottle from last night, as long as it still tastes fresh. Tired wine will not be saved by lemon liqueur.
