Limoncello is sweet and strong, so it does not follow the 3-2-1 bitter ratio. Thirty millilitres is a full pour. Forty starts to taste like dessert. Keep the prosecco brut.

Chill the limoncello. Room-temperature lemon liqueur in a cold glass tastes hotter than it is. Lemon wheel, not orange, and no mint unless you are making the Amalfi version.
