Blood orange and prosecco. · 1 drink

  • 90 mlProsecco, chilled
  • 20 mlBitter orange aperitivo
  • 30 mlFresh blood orange juice
  • 20 mlSoda water, chilled
  • 1Blood orange slice

Steps

Build it in a wine glass.

Blood orange juice is already a bit bitter and perfumed. You need less aperitivo than in the classic 3-2-1 or the glass becomes muddy. Thirty millilitres of juice and 20 of aperitivo is the balance.

Out of season, do not use a bottled red orange drink full of sugar. Make the classic Aperol-style spritz until the fruit is back.
