Six classic glasses is 540 ml prosecco, 360 ml aperitivo, and 180 ml soda. Open a full prosecco bottle and you will have some left. Drink that cold, or lengthen a couple of extra glasses.

Premixing soda is the usual way a pitcher goes dull. The jug can wait in the fridge as wine and aperitivo. The soda is a last-minute ingredient.
